About "Content is available until 23 February 2018 at 11:59 PM PT" ?

Hello, in the course description there is Content is available until 23 February 2018 at 11:59 PM PT what this mean ?
After that date the course will be archived, that is, it will probably stop being on the "Event Calendar". I recommend you save the link:http://www.oracle.com/goto/jvm All the videos of this MOOC are on youtube, they are another way to continue watching the content. The deadline for all the quizzes is Friday February 16th.Good luck---
Sorry for the confusion.  I know some places mentioned Feb 16, while others mentioned Feb 23.  To be fair, we'll go with the later date of Feb 23.  At 4:00pm GMT on Feb 23 the following will happen:The quizzes are locked.  4:00pm GMT is the deadline to take the quizzes and earn the course completion award.  If you've already earned the completion award before the deadline, you can still access it after the course ends. The event is removed from the Event Calendar.  You can still access the course videos and labs in a more roundabout way. The link RuGI mentioned should work in the short-term.  Long-term instructions would be similar to this: How to Access the Course PageNew enrollments stop.  Nick
Hello,  after checking today 17 Feb  the course page are empty for week 1, 2, and 3 check the screenshot thanks
That's strange... Is this bug still occurring?  I'm not able to reproduce it.

Daylight Time Saving......

I recently got this java project which needs someone to do this daylight time saving stuff..... the problem is i don't quite understand how the timing works... so can anyone whose familiar with Australia's daylight saving explain to me?... or maybe some codes to let me have a look....
Thanks in advance....
Daylight saving time. You don't have that where you live? Anyway, the idea is that sometime in the spring, the clock is set forward by one hour. The result is that the sun appears to set one hour later in the evening and rise one hour earlier in the morning, thus saving electricity usage. Then sometime in the fall, the clock is set backward by one hour. There is nothing unusual about DST in Australia, I don't think, except that their spring is around September and October, which might confuse somebody from the Northern Hemisphere.
Thank for your response. I live in South East Asia so there's no daylight time saving here... Well I roughly got the idea what this stuff is all about... I did some research on my own and found that this daylight time saving occurs on different time during different year. So if I am going to implement this system validity till 2100, how am i going to know all the timings? Is there a fix standard which people use?
I found this information and i assume its correct. So does anyone knows when this loop will stop? Example can i assume after every 10 years the dates will be the same for the start and stop DST dates?... Anyone knows please kindly tell me? thanks....
For the next few years, the start and stop DST dates for SA would be
28 October 2001 to 31 March 2002
27 October 2002 to 30 March 2003
26 October 2003 to 28 March 2004
31 October 2004 to 27 March 2005
Daylight Savings Time usually operates based on a rule something like "Starts at 2AM on the last Sunday of October, ends at 2AM on the last Sunday of March". Each time zone has its own rules. But you do not need to find out what the rules are, because they are already built into the Date and TimeZone classes.
If you are still interested, I just spent a week on this and can provide information...

Lession 3?

Same as last week. I am on vacation and want to do this as soon as possible. Now it is 3.30PM GMT, and the content should have been released 3PM. And I am guessing you do not mean 3 PM GMT "WINTER time".  Also, being logged out, it is hard to find back to the course, fortunately I bookmarked it, because finding it is very hard. Please improve the platform to future courses.
I'm not sure where you are located, but the time we release the course content is 3 PM UTC/GMT.  The UK is however, currently on BST, which is GMT+1 hour. At any rate, I agree with you regarding the link to the course. It needs help.
