I am getting "Can't find certificate by this nickname". Has anyone else experienced this ? - ONE Portal Server 3(Archived)

I am getting the following errors on my gateway:

Any ideas ?

This looks to be an issue in the WebLogic code or with a server that's set a content-length but isn't returning an entity body of that length.

Hi,
I am also facing the same problem. Please throw some light if u have solved this issue.
Karthik
Check out your Prodapt.xml file and examine whether you have something "<!--" as comment or miss some part of it which doesn't seem to be recognized by "no !/ in spec" error.
Have you tried JES 2005Q1 yet? I don't have PS6.1 which can examine your exception. Jerry
I'm sorry for my previous answer cut off. Don't know why.
Check out file Prodapt.xml content whether "!/" existing. More like xml file syntax error during parsing xml file. Jerry
Hi,
Please clarify me what is the prodapt.xml?
let me know where this file will be located.
Help me out to fix this.
I can't see two more replies as showed last email truncted my partial reply. What I mean to check whether "!/" pattern is existing inside Prodapt.xml file. Is there any admin or moderator checking why miss two replies in this page? Thanks, Jerry

Good luck.

iDA ServiceAdmin central frame returns error 500

hi!
ds 4.13 + ws 6.0 + ida1.2
When logging as
ServiceAdmin, the central frame returns an HTTP error 500. The web server

why ? thanks !!!
I honestly have no clue. I've never seen this error. I do note that you're running some VERY old code.
iDA has an upgrade. Suggest you download iDA 1.2p2, uninstall your current iDA, and install the new one.
hi jay,i already install ida1.2p2,but the problem is still exist.
Is the web server the exact one that came with Messaging Server an iDA? If it is not, then DA will not work. It requires exactly the same version of the webserver.
hi,
The same instance appeared ,when I reboot the server.
And I sure that they are the same version of the webserver.
Are there any other reason?
Waiting on line
I'm sorry, there's just not enough here for me to troubleshoot this. I've never seen it. I'd suggest opening a support case.

Delegated Admin for Messaging does not run properly

Hi, my environment is:
iDS5.1, iMS5.2, iCS5.1 and Delegated Admin for Messaging 1.2.
I have installed all the components and it seems to run fine, but when I log on to the Delegated Admin I cna't see the frame in the middle of the browser window. An error appears that "The page cannot be displayed".
I had a look in the error log of the WebServer to see what might happen and I saw the following error message:
Internal error: servlet service function had thrown ServletException (uri=/servlet/getPage): javax.servlet.ServletException: java.lang.Exception: ../templates/isp/SearchSelected.html:45 -> Template contains directive that first requires LdapEntry to be initiallized by program., stack: javax.servlet.ServletException: java.lang.Exception: ../templates/isp/SearchSelected.html:45 -> Template contains directive that first requires LdapEntry to be initiallized by program. at java.lang.Throwable.fillInStackTrace(Native Method) at java.lang.Throwable.fillInStackTrace(Compiled Code) at java.lang.Throwable.<init>(Compiled Code) at java.lang.Exception.<init>(Compiled Code) at javax.servlet.ServletException.<init>(ServletException.java:107) at netscape.nda.servlet.NDAIMSGetPage.execute(Compiled Code) at netscape.nda.servlet.NDAServlet.doPost(NDAServlet.java:117) at netscape.nda.servlet.NDAServlet.doGet(NDAServlet.java:138) at javax.servlet.http.HttpServlet.service(HttpServlet.java:740) at javax.servlet.http.HttpServlet.service(HttpServlet.java:853) at com.iplanet.server.http.servlet.NSServletRunner.invokeServletService(NSServletRunner.java:897) at com.iplanet.server.http.servlet.NSServletRunner.Service(NSServletRunner.java:464) , root cause:
I had no errors during the installation and the access to the LDAP server seems to be o.k. because it is possible to log on to the Del. Admin.
Does anyone can give me hint what this might be?
Any help would be very appreciate.
THX
Marcel
i have this problem too, anybody know ,thanks !
iDS5.1, iMS5.2, iCS5.1 and Delegated Admin for Messaging 1.2.
Why is anybody installing 3-year old software today?
The error message implies that not all installation steps were done correctly. The most common problem is that when ims_dssetup.pl is run, the entries there are not correct for what you intend to put in during Messaging install...
